When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 3–20 business days, depending on the current order volume after a drop.
You can check the Live Order Volume Slider on the Shop Status page to see how busy we are – the higher the volume, the closer we are to the 20-day mark.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
The tracking number is also available on your order page at any time.
We ship exclusively with DHL.
For international shipments, DHL usually hands the parcel over to a local shipping carrier in the destination country.
The tracking number usually remains the same.
On the DHL tracking page, you can use the “Shipment tracking in foreign countries” button to continue tracking your shipment with the local carrier

When will I receive my order?
Our current shipping times:
Germany: approx. 3 days*
EU: approx. 3-7 days*
International: approx. 7-14 days*
*The shipping times stated are based on the average number of orders delivered and start from the time of dispatch, not from the time the order is received. Please note that delays may occur in individual cases.

How can I cancel an order?
Please send an email to info@bricksandfigsde.com or use our contact form to cancel an order!

Can I add something to my order after placing it?
Yes! You can manually add products to your existing order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Simply go to your order page (via your customer account) and use the Search Function to add items.
Please note: Bundles cannot be added afterwards.

Can Orders get combined/merged?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be combined or shipped together. Each order is processed and packed individually to ensure smooth operations during our drops. If you’d like to purchase multiple items, please make sure to include them in a single order or or add them to your order manually on the Order page.

Can I change my address or shipping method afterwards?
Yes! You can edit your shipping address or shipping method within 5 days after placing your order, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Simply go to your order page and use the Account Editor to make the necessary changes.
Please note: Once your order has been shipped or the 5 days have passed, no further changes can be made.

Used Products
Used items are subject to differential taxation in accordance with § 25a UStG. Therefore, VAT is not shown separately.

Returns
There is a 14-day right of return. Especially with figures, it can happen that we miss defects.
These defects are eligible for returns:
- Cracks on the arms, torso, head. Cracks on the legs are very common, so returns are only possible if they are extremely severe.
- Loose arms. If the arm cannot hold itself upright, you can return it. Not for slightly loose arms.
- Scratches are also grounds for returns, but only if they are really visible. Scratches under the arms, for example, are not acceptable.

Refunds
Refunds via PayPal are usually processed immediately. However, refunds via bank transfer or credit card may take up to 10 days to appear.

My Custom Figure is damaged or incomplete - what can I do?
Defective Figures – Our Own Products (BricksAndFigsDE)
All of our own products are carefully checked before shipping.
If a production defect or shipping damage occurs, we are usually happy to offer a free replacement.
The following are NOT considered defects:
micro scratches
minor print variations
slight color differences
small production tolerances
These are common with custom minifigures and cannot be completely avoided.
Defective Figures – Third-Party / Reseller Products
For figures from external custom brands that we resell, a replacement is unfortunately not always possible.
Due to the limited nature of our drops, we usually receive only a small quantity and do not have spare replacements available.
In this case, we recommend contacting the respective custom brand or manufacturer directly.
If no replacement is possible there either, we will of course offer a refund.
