When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 3–20 business days, depending on the current order volume after a drop.
You can check the Live Order Volume Slider on the Shop Status page to see how busy we are – the higher the volume, the closer we are to the 20-day mark.

You can find the tracking number in the shipping email or on the order page.

Is international shipping available?
Yes, we ship worldwide*

Our current shipping times:
Germany: approx. 3 days*
EU: approx. 3-7 days*
International: approx. 7-14 days*
*The shipping times stated are based on the average number of orders delivered and start from the time of dispatch, not from the time the order is received. Please note that delays may occur in individual cases.

How can I cancel an order?
Please send an email to info@bricksandfigsde.com or use our contact form to cancel an order!

Can I add something to my order after placing it?
Yes! You can manually add products to your existing order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Simply go to your order page (via your customer account) and use the Search Function to add items.
Please note: Bundles cannot be added afterwards.

Can Orders get combined/merged?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be combined or shipped together. Each order is processed and packed individually to ensure smooth operations during our drops. If you’d like to purchase multiple items, please make sure to include them in a single order or or add them to your order manually on the Order page.

Can I change my address or shipping method afterwards?
Yes! You can edit your shipping address or shipping method within 5 days after placing your order, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Simply go to your order page and use the Account Editor to make the necessary changes.
Please note: Once your order has been shipped or the 5 days have passed, no further changes can be made.

What condition are the Official minifigures in?
We offer both new and used figures.
New:
The figure was taken out of the packaging and stored. No signs of use.
Used:
Used figures may show slight signs of wear. For example, very light scratches, slightly loose arms or cracks on the legs.
IMPORTANT:
Our goal is to offer figures in the best condition. Our figures generally have no cracks under the arms or on the arms. However, if a figure does have serious defects, please contact customer service.

Used Products
Used items are subject to differential taxation in accordance with § 25a UStG. Therefore, VAT is not shown separately.

My figure is defective/incomplete
If your figure is defective or incomplete, please follow the instructions below:
1. Check Returns Tab: Please read the returns tab on our website first to make sure you are eligible for a return/replacement.
2. Contact us: If you are eligible for a return, please send us an email to [your email address] with your order number #xxxx and a detailed description of the defects. Please also include pictures of the defective or missing parts.
Our options: We offer you the following three options:
1. Shipping of spare parts: We will send you a spare part free of shipping costs.
2. Partial refund: We will refund you the value of the defective part.
3. Full refund: We will refund the entire purchase amount. In this case, you must return the product to us and cover the shipping costs (see Return Policy ).
We will endeavor to process your request as quickly as possible and thank you for your understanding.

Returns
There is a 14-day right of return. Especially with figures, it can happen that we miss defects.
These defects are eligible for returns:
- Cracks on the arms, torso, head. Cracks on the legs are very common, so returns are only possible if they are extremely severe.
- Loose arms. If the arm cannot hold itself upright, you can return it. Not for slightly loose arms.
- Scratches are also grounds for returns, but only if they are really visible. Scratches under the arms, for example, are not acceptable.

Refunds
Refunds via PayPal are usually processed immediately. However, refunds via bank transfer or credit card may take up to 10 days to appear.

Meine Custom Figur ist defekt oder unvollständig – was kann ich tun?
Please note that due to the limited nature of our drops, replacements may not be available.
We recommend first contacting the respective custom brand or manufacturer directly.
If they are also unable to provide a replacement, we will of course offer a refund.
