We offer both new and used figures.

New: The figure has been removed from the packaging and stored. No signs of wear.

Used: Used figures may show slight signs of wear. For example, very light scratches, slightly loose arms, or forming cracks on the hind legs.

IMPORTANT: Our goal is to offer figures in the best condition. Our figures generally have no cracks under the arms or on the arms. However, if a figure does have significant defects, please contact customer service.

There is a 14-day return policy. Especially with figures, it can happen that we miss some defects.
These defects are eligible for returns:

- Cracks on the arms, torso, head. Cracks on the hind legs are very common, so there is only a right to return if they are severe.

- Loose arms. If the arm cannot hold itself up on its own, a return is warranted. Not for slightly loose arms.

- Scratches are also a reason for returns, but only if they are really visible. Scratches under the arms, for example, do not qualify.
